VISTA — Operation HOPE-North County announced the appointment of Tiffany “Esperanza” Zapico as executive director on Friday.

Zapico has an extensive background in nonprofit leadership and a passionate commitment to families and single women experiencing homelessness, Esperanza is poised to lead Operation HOPE-North County into its next chapter of growth and impact.

Operation HOPE-North County has been dedicated to offering a safe, caring and supportive environment for families with children and single women facing homelessness since 2003. By providing essential resources and programs, the organization helps these individuals rebuild their lives and reclaim their independence.
