Founded in 1993 by the California Teachers Association and the California School Employees Association, CalVEBA is a non-profit trust that provides accessible, value-based healthcare benefits for public sector employees, including educators and municipal workers. Today, its programs benefit more than 107,000 members from more than 50 school districts, municipal agencies, and public employers across the region.
