Fall of 2019 I was completing my first year here in Carlsbad. As part of my introduction to the community, I wrote an article entitled “50 Tastes of Carlsbad.” 

That was five years ago. It is amazing how much has happened and changed since. The pandemic had a severe impact on local restaurants and with our focus on Shop and Dine this month in our Carlsbad Business Journal, I thought I’d revisit my top 50 Tastes of Carlsbad.
